swung0x48 c8632dfefe [Test] (piglit-android): add on-device piglit harness for MobileGL - patched waffle (WAFFLE_EGL_LIBRARY/WAFFLE_GL_LIBRARY overrides so waffle drives libMobileGL.so directly, AImageReader-backed windows for DirectVulkan since Android ICDs lack VK_EXT_headless_surface, WAFFLE_FORCE_GL_CONTEXT_VERSION to upgrade piglit's low compat context requests to 3.3 core, meson cross fixes) and patched piglit (Android platform support, EGL support decoupled from the X11-dependent EGL tests, and a dispatch-init fix: the waffle resolvers were never installed because gl_fw is NULL during framework construction, so gl* silently bound to the system driver via the DT_NEEDED libEGL's eglGetProcAddress), plus the adb chunked runner with PIGLIT-result parsing, a results comparator, cross-file examples, and the piglit-on-android skill
