"""P3b/P4b Espryt memo re-keying, with explicit compatibility limits.
P4a/P5f re-keyed the resolved-binding, sampler-pass, image-sweep and twin-registry
memos onto {slot, gen} handles and applier serials. The legacy pointer-keyed arms lived
behind MOBILEGL_PIPE_LEGACY_MEMOS until P13 W3b retired that macro with the pull build;
TwinLookupMemo went with them, so it is no longer a family here.
SINCE P13 W3b THERE IS NO EXEMPTED ARM. The gate used to skip the `#if
MOBILEGL_PIPE_LEGACY_MEMOS` arms and the `!MOBILEGL_BUILD_DISAGGREGATED` arms as policy
exemptions; the first is gone from the tree, and the second is compiled into the library FCL
embeds (the push monolith without MG_Remote), so it is shipped code and gets the same rule.
The rule is now "no frontend-pointer KEY in any named memo family, in any build", and nothing
else; the one allow-list entry below is a named, dated carve-out.
It does not evaluate the preprocessor - it recognises the conditional spellings the
tree actually uses - and it does not look at DirectVulkan, whose own key inventory is
P7 wave 2's.
Two structural self-checks keep the gate honest, because both failure modes are silent:
a renamed struct would drop a whole family and still pass, and an allow-list entry no
rule can consult would sit there documenting a carve-out that is not happening. So every
FAMILIES anchor must match at least one span in the real sources, and every ALLOW entry
must actually suppress something.

# registry's template parameter and is the ONLY spelling its map key ever has, so a

#
# THE LEADING (?<!\w) IS LOAD-BEARING. Without it every name here also matches as a
# SUFFIX: `BackendSamplerObject*` matched `SamplerObject`, `BackendTextureObject*`
# matched `TextureObject`, and the gate reported the backend twins - the memos' VALUES -
# as frontend keys. The first version of this file answered that with two allow-list
