- -Pmobilegl.pipePush=ON (or MOBILEGL_PIPE_PUSH_APK=ON) passes -DMOBILEGL_PIPE_PUSH=ON to the NDK build the way the spike opt-in already does; OFF by default so nothing shipped moves
