[docs] (P7): magma-b3 - the note describes the fix round: the audit's strip, block walk and self-test, the spawn server-log fatal, and the round's gate

The fix round's commits changed what §1.5 says the audit checks and what
§4.1 says the runner reads, so the note is brought up to the tree:

- §0: rows 11-19 for the fix round.
- §1.5: the three holes (a site in a comment or string, the branch-blind
  8-line window, a .def row with a trailing comment), what the audit does
  now, and the eight --self-test fixtures run first in the CI step.
- §4.1: the spawn server-log fail-closed and its demonstration (runner at
  aab01275 rc 0 on a run whose server log was removed; this runner rc 1,
  the CMake Error quoted). inproc also writes mobilegl.server.log and is
  still read if(EXISTS); only spawn was tightened, as the review asked.
- §5: the fix round's gate on package tree 88d1a913, pre-merge: split
  build rc 0; G1 rc 0 .text 0xa52203 nm 0/0; census 79; audit self-test
  8/8, tree 53/53/0; ratchet unchanged at 186; parity rc 0; unit
  2420/2420, integration-magma-split 90/90, integration-magma-spawn 69/69;
